The “protected” and well-known exhibition spaces are abandoned and the city as a whole is understood as a playing field - a place for projects, artistic interventions and urban new media arts. Discoursive city walks with experts in science, arts and everyday life” explores the venues and locations of the festival, as well as its surroundings with “walking as a method”.

Michal Wlodkowski
Michal Wlodkowski is one of the founding members of the collective 5uper.net, as well as one of the coordinators of Coded Cultures - City as Interface. He works as freelance software developer and researcher in the area of experimental media production. In recent years he developed, curated and produced numerous exhibitions, presentations and events at the intersections of media, arts, design and technology. He worked on various projects to visualize and interact with complex data structures, including the University of Vienna, the University of applied Arts Vienna and the Ludwig Bolzmann Institute (technical concept, experimental development) with the example of “See This Sound” for Linz09 (Linz as cultural capital of Europe, 2009).
